YTW series vortex frequency-controlled three-phase asynchronous motor for tower slewing
YTW series three-phase asynchronous motor for tower crane slewing with eddy current frequency conversion is a special three-phase asynchronous motor for frequency converter developed by our company, which conforms to the national standard GB755-87 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Motor", adopts computer-aided design, fully considers the influence of frequency conversion power supply in the motor, and can be matched with various frequency conversion equipment at home and abroad to form an AC frequency conversion speed control system. Larger overload capacity and higher mechanical strength, especially suitable for the slewing mechanism of tower cranes for high-rise construction, can improve the safety of the slewing mechanism running at high altitude. The motor is equipped with eddy current brake at the rear end of the main motor, which improves the starting and braking performance of the motor, increases the smoothness of starting, and can be smoothly soft braking when braking to prevent the impact damage to the tower crane mechanism from sudden change of speed.
